MDConcierge is the first italian company that offers Concierge Medicine and offers advanced services for the health care field, even through telematic and remote ways.
The service consists in medical orientation and consultation regarding general medical information, second opinions, specialized video visits, home visits, psychological, pediatric or geriatric consultations, travel medicine, vaccines, etc. Your request will be taken care of by a doctor who will remain at your side until the problem is fully resolved.
The service is available 24/7 for you and your family members.
All necessary in-depth examinations can be quickly arranged, such as:
a monitoring of vital parameters for a defined period;
an additional and more detailed general medical videovisit;
a videovisit with the most appropriate specialist (e.g., pediatrician, gastroenterologist, cardiologist, orthopedist, etc.).)
The services listed above as examples are optional, as they are not included in the service and therefore charged to the employee. The cost of each service will be communicated in advance to the person concerned.
In order to request insurance reimbursement, please note that you will need to have a prescription provided by an MDC physician before your visit. For more details, please carefully consult the insurance guide where reimbursement arrangements are outlined.
MDC will provide a fiscal bill on your name; this can be uploaded to the dedicated insurance portal for claiming any reimbursement where applicable.
Yes, our Medical Team also handles psychological requests. After an initial discussion, if indicated by the physician taking the request, it is possible to continue with further investigation through psychological triage and counseling, which are optional, to identify the most appropriate course of action, if any, based on actual needs.
Videovisits are arranged with the requesting doctor, depending on the issue and/or following clinical evaluation.
The videovisit does not replace an outpatient visit, nor can it be used to request referrals and/or prescriptions unrelated to the activity of MDConcicierge physicians or for emergency and/or urgent situations. The clinical staff will schedule the appointment by defining the date and time with the user. A few minutes before the appointment, you will receive an email with the link to start the videovisit. To make the video visit, you need to use a desktop computer, laptop or smartphone (Android or iOS) with a working front-facing camera, microphone and speakers. It is also necessary to have a browser installed, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari, so that the videovisit can be accessed directly by clicking on the link received via email. No special equipment or software is required.
